If you are a golfer, it is essential that you incorporate a fitness component to your regime. You may have problems with your body that your not even aware of that are sabotaging your game .Do you spend hours on the range, work with your golf pro and have the best clubs available but still can’t stay consistent? Do you know why? Chances are that your body currently does not have the ability too.

Factors like strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, stability, power and posture all influence the body’s mechanics. If we are lacking in one area, another part of the body must compensate during the swing which leads to inconsistency. In order to have a consistent swing, our bodies need to be well prepared, just like any other sport. The golf swing requires mobile hips, core stability, mobile thoracic spine, power, and a perfect kinetic sequence.

Utilizing a golf specific movement screen, we can isolate physical limitations and correlate them to your current swing. These limitations may cause one of the most common swing faults which are the main cause of inconsistent play. A custom-conditioning program will then be prescribed with corrective exercises which will help your limitations and weaknesses.
