Rob Licata is the founder of Bodyology Personal Training. He is a graduate of Temple University where he received is BS in Sport and Recreation Management. He is recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist  by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also recognized by Titleist as a Golf Fitness Instructor.  While playing baseball at Temple, he found his passion for health, fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals. With over five years of experience, Rob has trained individuals on all different fitness levels. He understands that everyone has different goals and is persistent to help each one of his clients succeed.

Rob is able to create effective exercise programs utilizing free weights, circuit training, core conditioning, cardiovascular training, kettle bell training, and TRX suspension training.

 

 

Henry Halse, BS, ACSM, CSCS

Henry graduated from Ithaca College in 2014 with a degree in Clinical Exercise Science, which combines many different fields iexercise science and cardiac rehab training, using exercise to help someone recover from or prevent certain diseases. He is currently a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
During his time at Ithaca, Henry completed three internships at different strength and conditioning facilities and worked as a personal trainer for staff and students for two years. While working as an intern at strength and conditioning gyms, Henry was able to train high school and college athletes, as well as assist in training MLB pitchers, NFL players, and MLS players.
Before coming to Philadelphia, Henry worked at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning in Boston, where he trained middle school, high school, college, and professional athletes. He also holds a volunteer position as a trainer at a rehabilitation program for men, where he uses exercise to teach self-discipline and helps others find strength to rebuild their lives.
Henry now owns Halse Strength and Fitness in Philadelphia and specializes in 1-on-1 personal training.
